Ernest F. Ferullo grew up in Syracuse, New York, and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1971. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York.

Mr. Ferullo practices almost exclusively in real estate matters including real estate development, planning, zoning, residential and commercial purchases, sales, leasing, and lender financing with a concentration in the representation of residential developers. While the vast majority of his practice is located in Monroe and Wayne Counties, he also does substantial real estate work in the Adirondack Mountains and has significant experience with title issues in that area and with the policies of the Adirondack Park Agency.

Mr. Ferullo was educated at the State University of New York at Buffalo (B.S., 1967; M.S. 1968; J.D., 1970). He is a past lecturer for the Practicing Law Institute, and he has also served as Chairman or Member of various boards, including Rochester Yacht Club, Corpus Christi Center, Rogers House, Mercy Outreach Center, 1599 East Avenue Association and Twitchell Lake Water Authority.
